I have applied for my fathers PR card November 2016,and his card was expiring February 2017.
My father left back home end of January 2017(Few months after) we applied for Travel documents in order for him to come back to Canada.
Immigration sent us a letter stating that he does not qualify for a Permanent Resident and if we do not provide them with all the supporting documents withing 30 days, he will not be granted with a Travel Document.
I have contacted Veronika almost a week after a received the letter,I am very grateful that she was able to fit me in her busy schedule, to the amount of work that was put into this is unbelievable, all the letters were done so professionally.
My father received his Travel Document with multi entry for a year almost a week after Veronika sent out all the supporting docs . Thank you Veronika, my family is so happy that my dad was able to come home!!!
